Light Sound Service and Laserworld at Star Wars Invasion 2010

Light Sound Service were heavily involved with the supply of equipment for the recent Star Wars Invasion Dublin event that took place over a 3 day period in the Citywest Convention Centre. Having been involved in the project from an early stage LSS designed and delivered key services and products for the event.

No less than 3 high output Laserworld lasers, (2 of which are the brightest of their type in the country) were used for the event. The lasers were used as both an attraction and as a key feature for a stunning Lasershow that was run every half our, attracting hundreds of spectators. Our 6w Green provided dynamic shapes and messages high into the ceiling and balcony areas of the arena. Meanwhile the 3.5w RGB machine was the centre piece of a stunning laser show that we projected onto our Warterfall video screen for added effect. In the hallway the new brand new EL200-LED laser provided stunning twinkle and laser effects, right along the Star Wars theme.

For lighting the main attractions of the show, the hige Star Wars props and machines that were the main features, LSS supplied no less than 20 different LED lights from the Bright LED product range. LSS specified the different fixture types depending on their application and the effect desired by the production team. LSS currently have the most diverse range of LED products available and we can cater for any event or venue. For this event LSS used:
